Weekend with 5 courses according to your level and your motivation! Meet on Saturday at 2pm for the Kid'Roche and the Mini-Frion Roche, 7km in race. Sunday 2 August at 7h: place to the queen races of the Petite Frison 17Km and La Frison Roche 42Km.

25th edition! These are the ridges of the Roche Parstire which overlook both the valley of Arêches and that of Roselend which have attracted the trail runners come to participate in this mountain trail all these years... Come and admire the magnificent panoramas of Mont-Blanc, the Roc du Vent and the famous Pierra Menta! La Frison-Roche will also allow you to take the Himalayan footbridge overlooking the gorges of Poncellamont, the main stream that flows into the sumptuous waters of Lake Saint Guérin. The organization of the ski club of Arêches Beaufort has concocted a weekend trail. The course of La Frison Roche (42Km) will allow you to discover wild sites, around these iconic dams. Le Petite Frison (17Km) will be ideal for those in search of pleasure on a trail crossing forests, meadows, and typical hamlets of the Beaufortain La Mini-Fritish Roche (7Km), a course around Beaufort sur Doron and its hamlets.
