The ‘Step by step, mindful snowshoeing’ activity is a guided snowshoe hike focused on mindfulness and harmony between body, mind and breath.
3-8 people, 2½-3 hours, easy 4 km route.
Step by step, embody your body and your life.
I will guide you with kindness and attention towards the correct posture for walking, towards your breathing and towards full presence.
I will guide you towards the union of your body with your mind and your breath.
In this way, your view of yourself, the world and events will be calmed.
