I am Annelle, a massage practitioner and movement therapy practitioner, guided by a sensitive and embodied presence. I offer deep, personalized treatments designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and restore energy and grounding.

Each session begins with a personalised consultation to listen to your current needs: stress, fatigue, pain, need for movement or relaxation. My practice has been developed and is based on several disciplines: osteothai (Thai massage and osteopathic principles), Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy (osteoarticular approach, myotensive and fluidic techniques), Korean relaxation, Lomi-Lomi and Thai reflexology. This winter, I will have the pleasure of being accompanied on Thursdays by Gaëlle, a wellness massage practitioner. She accompanies me once a week and also participates in duo massages.
