A look back at the owners' day 7 July 2023

On Friday 7 July 2023, we brought together all the owners who had been awarded the label this year to attend the ” Diamant Confort ” awards ceremony.
This was followed by an aperitif dinner at Chez Gaylord in Hauteluce, attended by elected representatives from Hauteluce, Villard sur Doron and the Sivom.
As a prelude, in the afternoon we had the pleasure of offering all the owners a tour of the village of Hauteluce and its baroque church with a FACIM guide. It was an opportunity to discover or rediscover all the facets of this village!

Steps to classify your furnished accommodation

1Request for classification

If you are an owner or agent, you can request a classification visit from our central reservations office on 04.79.389.389 or by e-mail reservation@lessaisies.com

2Receipt of documents

You will receive the following documents:
– The information note
– The CERFA classification application form
– The classification guidelines
– The description to be completed
– The order form

3Returning documents

In order to confirm the date of the visit, you must return the documents below completed and signed. The reservation centre undertakes to carry out the visit within 3 months of receiving your complete file.

4Validated visit date

The date of the visit has been confirmed, and you must now prepare your home to receive tenants.

5Confirmation

You will be contacted by telephone 48 hours in advance to confirm your visit.

6Visit certificate

After the visit, the central reservations office will send you, within one month, the visit certificate, which includes :
– the inspection grid
– The detailed inspection report
– the inspection report
– the proposed classification decision

7Withdrawal period

The owner has 15 days from receipt of the classification proposal to refuse it. On expiry of this period, and in the absence of a refusal, classification is acquired for a period of 5 years.
