    • Install smoke detectors (compulsory since 2015)
    • Replace bay windows and window frames, and install roller shutters to improve thermal and acoustic insulation Install energy-saving radiators (radians, storage heaters, etc.)
    • Set up a selective sorting system using a simple bin in a cupboard (or possibly on the balcony) Replace the “gouttelette” with another wall covering: trowelled, smoothed, thermo-heated panelling, etc. Prefer floor coverings that can be glued down after levelling or clipped on with a parquet (strips) or tiling (tiles) finish Use unrented drawer beds as storage space by removing the mattress from the drawer
    • Ensure the safety of bunk beds (current standards available on request)
    • Clic-clac and BZ beds are accepted except for entry-level beds, and comb beds should be avoided in favour of “rapido/bed express/quickbed” systems which have a real seat and quality mattresses Use 90 cm wide beds (unless technically impossible)

A look back at the owners' day 7 July 2023

On Friday 7 July 2023, we brought together all the owners who had been awarded the label this year to attend the ” Diamant Confort ” awards ceremony.
This was followed by an aperitif dinner at Chez Gaylord in Hauteluce, attended by elected representatives from Hauteluce, Villard sur Doron and the Sivom.
As a prelude, in the afternoon we had the pleasure of offering all the owners a tour of the village of Hauteluce and its baroque church with a FACIM guide. It was an opportunity to discover or rediscover all the facets of this village!
