How to get to Les Saisies

Prepare your visit

Tips for (good) driving on snow-covered roads
Special equipment is now compulsory in mountainous areas. You must therefore carry metal or textile snow chains in your vehicle or be fitted with 4 winter tyres.
The chains or socks must be fitted to the drive wheels.

    Road information in Savoie

    ⚠️ Closure of the Gorges de l’Arly this winter: Coming from Annecy, we recommend taking the dual carriageway between Ugine and Albertville to access the resort. This option is quicker and more pleasant than using the Herry sur Ugine bypass.

    Albertville station (Bourg-St-Maurice line)
    Direct trains from Paris
    TGV Paris – Albertville: approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

    A coach service provides connections when the main trains arrive at Albertville station (journey time: around 1h30).

    Attention
    There is no shuttle service between Sallanches SNCF station and Les Saisies resort.
    If you decide to arrive in Sallanches anyway, you will need to take a taxi or hire a car to get to our resort.

    Lyon Saint Exupéry International Airport

    Chambéry airport

    • Taxi between the airport and Albertville, then bus between Albertville and les Saisies (1h to 1h30)
    • Taxi between the airport and Chambéry station, then train between Chambéry and Albertville (about 45 minutes), then bus between Albertville and les Saisies (1h to 1h30)

    • Taxi
      Taxi between the airport and Albertville, then bus between Albertville and les Saisies (1h to 1h30)
    • Taxi or bus (about 15 minutes) between the airport and Grenoble SNCF station, then train between Grenoble and Albertville (about 1h30), then bus between Albertville and les Saisies (1h to 1h30)
