Description
Snowga® is an activity combining yoga and snowshoeing in a snowy setting. Suitable for everyone, it includes a 2½-hour walk and a standing hatha yoga session.
Groups of 3 to 8 people
Experience yoga in a snowy setting.
After a power shaking-inspired warm-up and a short snowshoe walk, practise a hatha yoga session in the mountains and soak up the wonderful energy.
I have created yoga sessions that are particularly suited to outdoor winter practice.
The yoga session is done fully clothed (unlike cold yoga) and standing up, so we won't be using mats.
Supervised by a certified yoga instructor.
