Since 1963 the SIVOM deals with Hauteluce, Villard sur Doron & Crest Voland district where Les Saisies takes place. Ms Gioria is SIVOM president since 2001.

The purpose of SIVOM is to manage: - Space and territory - Public infrastructures and structuring projects of the perimeter: installations, equipment, buildings… - Delegated public services: drinking water, transport, public camping, etc. - Tourist tax - Inter-municipal cooperation - Administration and management of the public establishment - Coordination of municipal technical services on the perimeter.
