  • Located between 1550 and 1718 m altitude, this peat bog of 290 hectares is a relic of the last ice age. The largest peat bog in the Alps, it has a rare flora and fauna, and its ranking as a Regional Nature Reserve in 2013 helps protect all this fragile biodiversity. During periods outside snow, you can walk in the heart of this peat bog, on two specially designed trails allowing you to discover this special biotope. This peat bog has its origin in the passage on the neck of a glacial tongue....
