It was in the Beaufortain, in the heart of the village of Hauteluce, that our restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2024, as well as the special "Passion Dessert" prize. Our elegant, eco-responsible cuisine depicts the hallmarks of our terroir and beyond. Tinged with the influence of our background and origins, it gives pride of place to seasonal produce.
