I am Annelle, a massage practitioner and movement therapy practitioner, guided by a sensitive and embodied presence.
I offer deep, personalized treatments designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and restore energy and grounding.

Each session begins with a personalized consultation, allowing me to listen to your current needs:
stress, fatigue, pain, a need for movement, or a desire to let go.

My practice has been developed through and is grounded in several disciplines:
Osteothai (Thai massage combined with osteopathic principles), craniosacral therapy (an osteo-articular approach using myotensive and fluidic techniques), Korean relaxation, Lomi-Lomi, and Thai reflexology.

This winter, I will have the pleasure of being joined on Thursdays by Gaëlle, a massage practitioner who will offer sports massages, trigger point therapy, as well as relaxing massages.
