I am Annelle, a massage practitioner and movement therapy practitioner, guided by a sensitive and embodied presence.
I offer deep, personalized treatments designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and restore energy and grounding.
Each session begins with a personalised consultation to listen to your current needs:
stress, fatigue, pain, need for movement or relaxation.

My practice has been developed and is based on several disciplines:
osteothai (Thai massage and osteopathic principles), Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy (osteoarticular approach, myotensive and fluidic techniques), Korean relaxation, Lomi-Lomi and Thai reflexology.

This winter, I will have the pleasure of being accompanied on Thursdays by Gaëlle, a wellness massage practitioner. She accompanies me once a week and also participates in duo massages.
The initials indicated on the massage menu specify the practitioner for each treatment.

I am committed to promoting these rich approaches — Thai osteopathy, craniosacral therapy and Korean relaxation — which invite a genuine dialogue with the body.
Craniosacral therapy — 1.5 hours: £115 (instead of £125)
Osteo-Thai — 1.5 hours: €115 (instead of €125)
Korean relaxation — 1.5 hours: €115 (instead of €125)
Signature Osteo-Thai — 2 hours: €140 (instead of €150)
