Charming 19th century house, renovated and built on 4 levels, in the heart of the village of Hauteluce. House open to the valley, Mont-Blanc is clearly visible from the large terrace.

House located in the heart of the village of Hauteluce, 10m from the bakery, 50m from the grocery store and 500m from the ski lift that serves Espace Diamant (6 villages, 157 km & 80 downhill ski lifts, 120 km of skiing background).
Privileged space and comfort.

- an entrance for skiers and hikers, which opens onto the ski-room located in the basement

1ST FLOOR :
3 bedrooms (14 m², 12 m² and 8 m²), one with its own shower room, a bathroom and a toilet, 1 balcony overlooking the valley.
ATTIC (60 m² on the ground, lit by 4 skylights with a superb framework and a stove. This is the favorite of this house, where several uses are possible):
- sleeping arrangements for juniors (1 slatted convertible & 2 slatted fireside chairs that can be joined together)
- room for a couple with children
- living room with sofas and armchairs
All the beds in the house are 160 or 80 which can be combined. Sheets are provided. Cleaning is included at the end of the stay (excluding storage of the house and garbage cans).
