2.5 km from the Ruelle de Hauteluce Val Joly cable car connection to the Contamines-Montjoie area or 5.5 km from the Hauteluce / Les Saisies area (Espace Diamant ski area and 120 km of cross-country ski trails). In summer, in the heart of the Beaufortain massif, numerous hikes of all levels to high-altitude lakes. At the foot of the Col du Joly (1989 m) to access Contamines-Montjoie or Chamonix. Typical village of Beaufort 11 km away, family resort of Les Saisies 13 km away with aquasports center.

Studio in a contemporary chalet located in a hamlet made up of a chapel and a few houses, in the valley leading to the Col du Joly. Very comfortable cottage with quality equipment benefiting from a private outdoor space with table, chairs and deckchairs. Warm modern and mountain character. Sheets and towels included. Free shuttle only in winter to the village of Hauteluce.

Studio on the ground floor of the owners' house (independent access) including a living room-kitchen lounge area (double sofa bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Private gravel terrace. Tarmac parking shared with the owners.
