For this I offer you to put on your snowshoes and set off to discover the peaks of Les Saisies. I also suggest you meet the trees through a “forest bathing” experience, practice yoga during a snowshoe outing and experience mindful walking. I am Hélène, mountain guide and certified yoga teacher and I will be happy to share these moments with you.
