Nestled in the heart of the Beaufortain, this brand new, high-end chalet, fully equipped for 15 people, with a surface area of 400m², is ideally located in the heart of the beautiful classified village of Hauteluce with its breathtaking view facing Mont Blanc.

In Hauteluce, the chalet is located approximately 100 meters on foot from shops including a grocery store and four very good restaurants. Ideally situated in the center of three ski resorts: - Less than 1km from the Chozal chairlift (Espace Diamant Les Saisies) - Free shuttles 100 meters from the chalet to Les Saisies and Les Contamines Montjoie, with car access 13km from Arêches Beaufort. You will have access to a three-level chalet of 400m² + mezzanine. It includes: Mezzanine with a cinema room (TV + Home Cinema) and children's play/rest area. On the ground floor: - A spacious living room of 80m² with fully equipped kitchen + bar, table for 15 people, large balcony with table + chairs, - An accessible bedroom (bed 140x200) with its bathroom.
