An environmental observatory has been set up to gain a better understanding of all the flora and fauna species present in the ski area. Thanks to this observatory, we can see that the Les Saisies ski area is home to a diversity of natural habitats that are the source of a large number of plant and animal species. In total, the Observatory has enabled us to inventory 216 different animal species to date, including 87 protected species.
