Our tourist office is committed to welcoming all visitors in the best possible conditions. Below you will find information about the accessibility of our establishment, in accordance with current regulations.

Motor disabilities

Two reserved parking spaces are available near the Maison des Saisies: one next to the Carrefour Montagne and one on the Avenue des Jeux Olympiques near the La Chocolatine bakery.

The main entrance is equipped with 2 automatic doors.

The forecourt has level access on the west side via a wide walkway.

The width of the main entrance (1m90) and the pathway (2m60) are sufficient for wheelchairs to pass through.

The reception area is on one level. The left-hand reception desk has a lowered shelf (to 70cm) to accommodate a wheelchair user. An interior reception desk, also lowered (to 70cm), is also available after the door leading to our offices.

Documentation displays are accessible at a height of between 70cm and 1.50m. Staff are on hand to provide assistance if required.

Personalised assistance can be provided on request.
