Walking tours To shine around the villages

There are several walks you can take from the Savoie villages of Bisanne, Les Saisies and Hauteluce, depending on your preferences and level of hiking.

From Bisanne

La Croix de Coste
All along, the mountain views are breathtaking: on the way up, it’s Roselend, Le Mirantin and the Bauges, and on the way back, the Aravis and Mont-Blanc! Not to mention the marmots that live in different places

Lac des Saisies
Don’t look for water here, you can’t see it. Instead of a lake, you’ll discover part of the Saisies peat bog. At 1566 m, in the heart of the Saisies woods, this place will surprise you with its beauty and calm.

From Hauteluceand its valley

Col de la Fenêtre
Arrival at Col du Joly, the starting point, sets the tone for this hike in the heart of the Beaufortain. And it’s not for the numerous ski lifts that line the first part of your journey, but for this immediate proximity to Mont-Blanc. You’d think you could touch it, it’s right there, watching you!
