Bike Park

The Bike Park at Les Saisies offers 14 downhill runs for all levels, accessed by 3 chairlifts: Bisanne, Chard du Beurre and Légette.

Security

Wearing a helmet is mandatory (preferably full-face)
Other protective gear is highly recommended (knee pads, elbow pads, shin guards, back protector, chest protector, gloves, goggles…).

Regulations

Practice by 2 people on the same cycle is strictly forbidden (this includes the use of a baby carrier, Shotgun or any similar device) as is the use of any gear other than an ATV.
