Whether you’re looking for a spot of family downhill mountain biking, a technical enduro route or an electric mountain bike outing on the Alpine trails, the resort offers a real nature experience.   • When does the Les Saisies Bike Park open?

    The Les Saisies Bike Park is open every summer, generally from mid-June to mid-September. For the 2025 season, it will be open on the weekends of 14 and 15 June, continuously from 21 June to 7 September, then on the weekends of 14-15 and 20-21 September.

  • What types of tracks are there at the Bike Park?

    The Les Saisies Bike Park offers a varied mountain biking area, accessible to all levels of rider. Beginners and families alike can learn with confidence on the green trails (3 in total) and blue trails (5), ideal for progressing at your own pace. Intermediate mountain bikers will appreciate the 4 red trails, which are more technical and fast-paced, while the 3 black trails are for more experienced bikers, with jumps, sharp bends and more challenging sections. There’s also a fun zone where you can warm up, have fun and discover the modules in complete safety. The Bike Park is specially designed for downhill mountain biking, but is also fully accessible to VTTAEs (electrically-assisted bicycles).

  • Is it suitable for children or beginners?

    Yes, the Les Saisies Bike Park is perfectly suited to children and beginners. There are a number of green and blue trails where you can discover downhill mountain biking in complete safety, with wide, gentle, progressive tracks. There’s also a fun zone where you can try your hand at the first modules or simply have fun in complete confidence. It’s the ideal place for a first family experience.

  • Which ski lifts are open to mountain bikes?

    There are three chairlifts to take your mountain bike to the Les Saisies Bike Park: the Chard du Beurre TSD (detachable chairlift), the Légette TSD and the Bisanne TSD. They serve all the slopes in the area, whether you’re a downhill mountain biker or a mountain biker.

  • Is it possible to hire a mountain bike on site?

  • Is it compulsory to wear protective gear?

    Yes, wearing a helmet is compulsory, and a full-face helmet is strongly recommended for your safety. Although other protective equipment is not compulsory, it is strongly recommended that you wear protective gear such as knee pads, elbow pads, back protectors, gloves and goggles to ensure you ride in complete safety.

  • In the event of injury, is there a rescue team on site?

    Yes, trained Bike Patrols are on hand to ensure your safety and to intervene quickly in the event of a fall or incident. Witness an accident? Call 112.

  • Where can I buy the packages?

    Mountain bike passes can be bought online at skipass.lessaisies.com or directly in the resort, at the sales points and automatic kiosks located near the lifts.

  • Where is the start of the Bike Park?

    You can reach the Bike Park pistes from the resort centre by following the direction of the Chard du Beurre and Bisanne chairlifts. You can also leave from the bottom of the resort, by taking the Légette chairlift from the Carrets car park.

  • Are car washes available?

    Yes, there are water points for rinsing bikes at the start of the Chard du Beurre and Bisanne chairlifts, as well asat Les Carrets station (although these are sometimes limited/closed if water restrictions are imposed by the prefecture. )

  • Where to eat near the Bike Park?

    There are several restaurants and snack bars in the immediate vicinity of the slopes. Ideal for a break between runs.
