Beautiful and strong Le Beaufort

Beaufort is a cheese with a thick yellow to light brown rind and an ivory-coloured paste. It has a firm, supple texture, with small, regular holes. It has a distinctive flavour, with floral and fruity aromas that develop into more complex and powerful notes as it matures.
Beaufort is the cheese of our region. It is made from unpasteurised whole cow’s milk.
It has been produced for centuries using traditional methods.
