Les Saisies has easy trails and lifts accessible to seniors and parents with strollers. The resort offers marked and groomed trails suitable for easy walks and hikes. These trails are generally flat or have gentle slopes, making them accessible to a wide range of people.

As far as the ski lifts are concerned, some of them can be used with baby carriages as long as they are folded.
