The purpose of shiatsu is to act on the circulation of energy in the body, by pressure of the fingers and hands following the meridians of acupuncture.

- Prevent and calm digestive and intestinal, respiratory and circulatory disorders, (all vital organs)
- Find calm, sleep and dynamism,
- Increase your ability to recover (convalescence),
- Soothe joint, muscle and nervous tensions,
- Relieve certain types of pain.
Shiatsu also helps you get to know yourself better, by revealing the deepest tensions linked to your psyche.
