Near the route des Saisies, in the heart of the Beaufortain valley, also called the little "Tyrol" Savoyard, the cottage is ideally located to enjoy and recharge your batteries as close as possible to nature. Not far from the hiking trails in summer and the ski slopes of Les Saisies in winter, Beaufortain offers a wide range of activities. The little extra: the breathtaking view of the famous Mont Blanc Massif from the swimming pool.

A few steps from the center of Hauteluce and 500m from the Chozal gondola, the "Lapiere" cottage is ideal for enjoying holidays in the mountains all year round. Located next to the owners' house, they have completely renovated this old family home made up of two other gites. Close to shops and all amenities, what better way to avoid using your car and do everything on foot in both summer and winter!

House with 3 gites on several levels. On the 1st floor, access by a few steps. Living room opening onto a balcony, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm + 1 sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x190 cm), 2 bathrooms water (shower + WC). Private grass terrace below the gite. Common garden. Shared swimming pool with free access on schedule. Private car park. Firewood included. Rental of sheets and towels: see directly with the owners. Animals on request, subject to the agreement of the owners.
