A night in a yurt

The yurts at the Croix de Pierre refuge are accessible from the Col des Saisies, the village of Hauteluce and Megève, on foot, mountain bike or horseback…
They are authentic yurts, imported directly from Mongolia.
These summer tents invite you to experience an absolute change of scenery and open you up to the ancestral Tartar way of life.

    Calling all mountain cowboys! Riders saddle up to reach the Col du Joly at 2,000 m altitude. A ride with no technical difficulties, to discover the wide-open spaces of Les Saisies, with a night in a yurt for a guaranteed Mongolian tundra effect! On arrival, a 360° panorama of the surrounding mountains and Mont Blanc, dinner at the Croix de Pierre refuge and a Mongolian night. It’s an easy ride with a change of scenery, to be enjoyed by the whole family over 2 days! Meet at the ranch around 3 p.m. on the first day, return by midday the following day. Accessible to beginners.
