1166 Points – The difficult climb to the Col du Joly is rewarded by truly exceptional views of Mont Blanc, the Beaufortain and the Aravis. The descent is an ideal moment to stop and taste the local cheeses at Beaufort’s cooperative dairy.
Access to the resort of Les Saisies through the hamlets of the village with a beautiful panorama of the Hauteluce valley and the Mont Blanc in the background
In the heart of the Beaufortain, at 1150m altitude, Hauteluce is a beautiful and authentic Savoy village. The log cabins and mazots cling to the slope around the church, its bulbous bell tower and its an exceptional tree.
This remarkable lime tree has been in the center of the village of Hauteluce for more than 200 years. It was planted here at the French Revolution, hence its name.
