Freeride World Tour Qualifier Arêches-Beaufort (FWQ)

The Freeride World Tour Qualifier and the Freeride World Tour Junior are major events whose competitions are classified according to their level of difficulty, from the 1*, the easiest open to all, to the 4*, more technical and reserved for athletes who have already proven themselves in the 1*, 2* and 3*. Each competition earns points for the skiers participating according to their ranking. The best ranked skiers at the end of the winter can enter the Freeride World Tour the following winter.
The Arêches-Beaufort stage, ranked 1*, is the opportunity for all amateur freeriders to compete in a renowned event and challenge their friends on a secret face revealed at the last moment! Like last winter, Arêches-Beaufort also offers youngsters the opportunity to compete on the face with different categories, from 14 years old for male skiers and from 16 years old for all (ski, snow, male and female).
100 places are open with two panels of judges for an adult (Qualifier) and junior ranking! Registration is only online and can be found on freerideworldtour.com
But the competition is also the occasion of a festive and friendly weekend around the freeride spirit with many animations for the amateurs.
